Terms of Service

1. Purpose of Service

The Service aims to provide preference matching results between users by utilizing their YouTube subscription and liked channel information. Matching results are reference information based on algorithms.

2. Registration and Authentication

• The Service authenticates users through Google OAuth.
• Information provided through your Google account during authentication is used only within the scope specified in our Privacy Policy.
• Users must use the Service only with their own Google account and must not use others' accounts without authorization.

3. User Obligations

• Users must not use the Service with stolen identities or false information.
• Users must not interfere with the normal operation of the Service.
• Users must not collect, copy, or modify matching results, screens, or data provided by the Service for commercial purposes, or mass-collect through automated means (scraping, bots, etc.).
• If users violate applicable laws or these terms, necessary measures such as service restrictions or account suspension may be taken.

4. Data Processing

• Collection, use, storage, and deletion of information necessary for Service use are governed by our separate Privacy Policy.
• Matching scores and result screens are calculated based on internal algorithms and user data, and are provided as reference information.
• When users request withdrawal or deletion, personal information will be deleted according to the Privacy Policy unless otherwise required by applicable laws.

5. Service Changes and Suspension

• The Service may modify, add, or suspend some or all features as necessary for feature improvements, policy changes, or technical/operational needs.
• We will make efforts to provide advance notice through in-service announcements or this page when significant changes or suspensions occur.

6. Disclaimer

• As the Service is based on data provided by YouTube API and external platforms, we are not responsible for service unavailability or errors caused by external factors such as policy changes, failures, or errors of those platforms.
• Matching results are calculated according to algorithms and do not guarantee objective accuracy or completeness. The Service is not responsible for decisions made by users based on these results.
• We are not responsible for service interruptions due to force majeure (natural disasters, system failures, telecommunications provider issues, etc.).

7. Payment and Refund Policy

• The Service provides a one-time paid viewing feature that allows users to view additional top preference channel information of other users. Once payment is completed, the additional channel information is immediately displayed.
• This paid feature is a digital information service. Since information is provided immediately upon payment completion, refunds or payment cancellations are not available for reasons such as simple change of mind or unmet expectations.
• The company may process refunds or payment cancellations only in the following cases after internal verification.
• • Payment was completed but no information was provided due to system error
  • Clear duplicate payment for the same user profile occurred
  • Unauthorized payment confirmed, such as stolen card or identity theft
• Refund requests can be made via customer service email within 7 days of payment. Processing time may vary according to the policies of payment method providers (card companies, PG companies).

8. Changes to Terms

These Terms of Service may be changed as necessary for Service operation or in accordance with amendments to applicable laws. We will announce revised content through in-service notices or this page when there are significant changes.
